Keeping a video diary
A short video entry captures tone, expression and moment in a way text cannot. A few tips for entries worth rewatching:
- Keep entries short — two to five minutes is easy to record and to revisit.
- Use natural light from a window and keep the camera at eye level.
- Start each entry with the date spoken aloud; it helps when browsing later.
- Record in a quiet room; sound matters more than picture.
- Do not edit too much — honest entries age better than polished ones.
